As our running groups grew beyond the original 3 people and beyond New Jersey we started conceiving the idea of a group website. These way we could start to invite more and more people to our community of individuals at different stages of fitness, with different goals, with different experiences, and different exercise routines.

Here we broken out running into its core elements to achieve our best results, Nutrition, Injury Prevention, and Workouts. In addition, to these core elements we will also post upcoming running events, team member accomplishments, and other things that become important as this group grows.

This is an organic document that will adapt as the group evolves. I hope it helps.
