One of the things runners take for granted is their feet. These are your tools, a baseball player has a glove or a bat, well a runner has their feet and everything else is just extra. We have to take care of our feet they are key to our running health, be it back health, or ankle strength, our feet our the key and starting point. Here is a link to some exercises.
